Bohemians manager Alan Reynolds says his side is fully focused on bouncing back from last week’s defeat to Derry City as they prepare to face an in-form Dundalk outfit.
Speaking to LOI Talk ahead of Friday night’s clash, Reynolds said he is “looking forward to the challenge” and believes his side’s performances before the loss to Derry City had been “really good”.
The Bohemians boss was reluctant to be drawn into any discussion surrounding the title race, insisting: “I’m not gonna talk about titles,” with his attention solely on the upcoming fixture.
Looking ahead to the club’s UEFA Conference League first qualifying round tie against St Joseph’s, Reynolds described the draw as a reward for the team’s “hard work” and stressed that his players would “apply themselves properly” and “do our homework” ahead of the two-legged contest.
Reynolds also confirmed that Bohemians will play their European home fixtures at Dalymount Park rather than the Aviva Stadium, which hosted the club’s tie against PAOK in 2021.
When asked about the upcoming summer transfer window, Reynolds offered little indication of his plans, saying “that’s a few weeks away” and reiterating that his focus remains on the current squad.
