Pats are back in action on tomorrow vs Nomme JK Kalju of Estonia. Pats are off the back of a club record equaling 8-0 win against UCC on Sunday in the FAI cup 2nd round. Have Past put their goal scoring woes in the rear view mirror to kick on for the rest of the season?
The Opponents
Nomme Kalju are an Estonian team playing in the Estonian Premium Liiga. Like the LOI, they have a summer season. Kalju sit 4th in a 10 team table, as it stands missing out on UECL qualification for next season. Their last game on Sunday was an emphatic 6-2 win vs Tallina Kalev, who sit last.
Kalju beat Partizani in the last round in a nail biting affair which ended 1-0 Kalju on the night (2-1 Aggregate) after extra time when Nikita Ivanov scored in the 106th minute.
By all accounts Kalju will hold their own but will it be enough to stop the Saints?
What To Expect From Pats?

I am hoping to see a dominant display from Pats with direct and attacking football especially from the likes of Jake Mulraney and Simon Power. Hopefully we get a cameo from Chris Forrester also, who is returning from injury and scored 2 against UCC on the weekend.
Once again expecting Kian Leavy to start who has been on fire as of recent, scoring a rocket over in Lithuania and playing with much more confidence.
Conclusion and Prediction
Overall expect a tight affair but I expect Pats to get the job done.
Prediction: 3-1 Saints
